This page explains what personal data is collected through muslumatas.com, why it is processed and for how long. I've kept it plain; if anything is unclear, just write to me.

I run this site under the name ATAS, as an independent web design and development practice based in Gaziantep, Türkiye. You can reach me about anything concerning your data at info@muslumatas.com.
When you submit the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you chose to add one, the service and budget range if you selected them, and the content of your message.
Alongside that, your IP address at the moment of submission is recorded so that abuse of the form can be limited.
Simply browsing the site collects no personal data. There is no visitor tracking, no advertising pixel and no third-party profiling tool.
For one purpose only: to read your message and reply to you. What you send is not added to a marketing list, no newsletter is sent, and nothing is sold to third parties.
The IP address is used solely to limit automated bulk submissions.
The contact initiated when you submit the form rests on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on legitimate interest under the GDPR, and on the equivalent grounds under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
Contact messages stay in my email inbox until the enquiry is concluded and for at most two years afterwards. They are deleted at the end of that period, or sooner if you ask.
Security-related IP records are not persistent; they are held in server memory and expire shortly on their own.
Form messages pass through Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service, so that they can reach my inbox. Resend processes this data only for delivery.
Beyond that, your data is not shared with anyone.
You have the right to access the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to request a copy of it.
To exercise any of these, write to info@muslumatas.com; you'll get a reply within 30 days at the latest.
The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is validated on the server and passes through a multi-layer filter against automated submissions. Even so, no transmission over the internet can be claimed to be perfectly secure.
This text is updated whenever a new feature goes live on the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
