The listed prices are a starting point. Five things move the final figure for your project — there is no other surprise line item.
A five-page brochure site and a forty-page corporate site aren't the same job. As pages grow, so does the time spent on design and placing content.
Booking systems, member areas, calculators, or a connection to external software are priced separately as non-standard requests.
If your copy and images are ready, the process gets shorter and the cost drops. If copywriting or image production is needed, that's an additional item.
Each extra language means translation management and language-specific SEO URLs. If you supply the translations, the cost falls noticeably.
If content and search rankings must survive a move from an old site, mapping the redirects is separate work.
Nothing complicated: two instalments, a written scope, no surprises.
Once the scope and price are agreed in writing, half the total is paid and work begins.
When you've seen the site on a live preview link and approved it, the rest is paid and it goes live.
What you pay me ends there. Domain and hosting fees go directly to the provider, in your own name.
The monthly Maintenance & Support package is optional; the site keeps running without it.

I don't cap revisions during the design stage; we keep working until you approve it. Structural changes after development begins (adding pages, changing the flow) fall outside the scope and are discussed separately. That's why I suggest taking your time approving the design.
Domain and hosting fees are yours, because they need to be registered in your name. We choose them together and I handle the setup.
I fix any technical issue free of charge for one month after delivery. After that there's a monthly maintenance package, but it's optional.
The deposit paid at the start covers the work done up to that point and isn't refunded. In return, everything produced so far — design files and any code — is handed over to you. I don't hold anyone to a project; dragging out work that isn't working serves neither side.
